My greatest desire is to serve all of my patients with the highest level of care possible. I love to educate my patients so that treatment decisions can be understood and made together. I strive to listen well, ease your fears and anxiety, and always try to make coming to the dentist an enjoyable experience. So often I hear people say, “I hate going to the dentist”. Well I want to change that! My heart is for you and your family to find your home here at my office. A place where you feel cared for, heard, and comfortable. I hope when you leave my chair you feel like family!

Bailey Munson, DDS
Dr. Munson has been in private practice since 2016. She attended Gardner-Webb University as a scholar-athlete where she graduated with a BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Upon graduating, she worked in the dental field for 2 years and gained knowledge and experience before beginning her journey to become a dentist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and finally fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a dentist. Now she strives each day to bless every patient that comes into her chair by providing the best comprehensive and compassionate care she can. She can’t wait to meet you and your family soon. She’s an open book so come with your questions and I guarantee you’ll leave feeling assured that you are in great hands at Anchored Family Dental. The Anchored Family Dental Story
Never in my life did I plan to be a business owner, but here I am, proud to own Anchored Family Dental in Davidson, NC. About a year and a half ago, I felt God calling me to step out and start my own office after eight years as an associate. Trusting His plan, I took the leap, and this beautiful office became my new home and adventure.
My heart is to bless every patient who walks through our doors, creating a welcoming space where they feel at home and cared for. The name Anchored Family Dental reflects the Lake Norman area we serve, my hope for patients to find their forever dental home here, and the assurance of Hebrews 6:19—that we have a sure and confident hope in Jesus.

Your First Visit
At your first visit, Dr. Munson will perform a thorough Comprehensive Oral Examination. She takes time to get to know you, review your medical and dental history, and gather detailed information. This includes digital X-rays, intraoral photos, a hard and soft tissue exam, and an oral cancer screening.
Based on the findings, we’ll recommend the appropriate type of cleaning to meet your needs. If periodontal (gum) disease is present, a specialized cleaning may be scheduled for a later visit. Dr. Munson will discuss any concerns in detail, providing education and answering all your questions.
